Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused gear in its original packaging.

Email support@ridgelinearchery.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid label within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving. Bundle orders returned in part are re-priced at the tier that matches the bows you keep.

Send a photo within 48 hours and we ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
